Full design with imagery of each room/area and cost breakdown provided ahead of project start for client approval. Each design captures a unique theme chosen to represent the home and help attract customers
Purchase and delivery coordination of all items needed to furnish and stock vacation rental home in preparation for listing rental on rental website platforms
Delivery tracking, receipt of deliveries, and setup/building/installation of all delivered/purchased items
Setup of and coordination with any necessary remodeling or landscaping contractors
